St. Austell is a small family Guest house with a relaxed atmosphere situated only 2 minutes walk from Sandown Railway Station
and 10 minutes walk from the beach and town.
Established since 1982, Jacquie and Roger Mereweather offer bed and full English or continental breakfast on a daily or weekly basis. We are open from July to September.
All rooms have central heating, hot / cold hand basins, tea and coffee
making facilities, and own keys for access to the house at any
time of the day. There are shared bathroom / shower / WCs.
(Please note we do NOT have en-suite bathroom facilities but
as we have only four bedrooms the shared facilities are adequate
for most guest's requirements.)
The dining room has separate tables and a visitors' television lounge is available at all times.
